By making a donation to United Claims Professionals, you agree to the following terms:

Donation Processing
United Claims Professionals uses a third-party payment processor to handle all donation transactions. The payment processor collects your personal and payment information in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service. United Claims Professionals does not store your payment information.

Tax Deductibility
Donations to United Claims Professionals are not eligible for deduction as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes; however, a portion may qualify as a deductible business expense.

Donation Refunds
United Claims Professionals does not offer refunds for donations.

Donation Recognition
United Claims Professionals may recognize your donation in our publications and on our website, unless you request anonymity.

Use of Donations
United Claims Professionals will use your donation for the purposes specified in the donation form, or for general organizational purposes if no purpose is specified. United Claims Professionals reserves the right to redirect donations to other areas of need within the organization.

Donor Privacy
United Claims Professionals values the privacy of our donors. We will not share or sell your personal information with any third-party organizations or individuals unless required by law.

Gift Acceptance Policy
United Claims Professionals reserves the right to decline or refund donations that are inconsistent with our mission or violate our ethical standards.
